This section describes known issues of the Practique application which were either known by the time respective version has been released or has been reported by the QA team or customers hitting issues during live scenarios. Each of the know issues is documented here with corresponding version numbers it is affecting.

Current Known Issues

KI-PRAC-IOS-13: OSCE - App crashes when using full-screen marksheet

18th September August 2019, >= 6.2.0 / fixed in 6.2.2 (waiting for app store release)

A bug in the layout of the full-screen marksheet causes the app to crash intermittently.

Workaround for this issue is to use the marksheet in split-screen mode - this needs to be set on the Practique server. Please raise a service desk ticket if you are experiencing this issue.

KI-PRAC-IOS-9: Written - Question content may disappear, get obscured or is presented incomplete to the Candidate

...

Workaround for the issue is for a student to logout and login again and continue with the exam.

Fixed Known Issues

KI-PRAC-IOS-12: OSCE - Bypass rounds are not shown in the Examiner schedule

13th Dec 2018, >= 6.0.0 / fixed in 6.1.2

When an examiner does not have a candidate to mark in a round that round number is not shown in the schedule - it should be shown with the label "Bypass".

This will be fixed for the next release.

There is no workaround, the examiners need to be made aware that a break in the round sequence, e.g. they have a schedule with rounds 1, 2, 4, 5, is because round 3 is a bypass.

KI-PRAC-IOS-11: OSCE - The "red bar" on the exam list to warn that some marksheets have not received by the backend will be triggered by a candidate who was marked as "Did not attend"

13th Dec 2018, >= 6.1.0 / fixed in 6.1.2

Where a student is marked as "Did not attend" the app does not take this into account when checking if all marksheets have been submitted and confirmed. This will cause the session name to appear with a red background as if the backend is still waiting for a marksheet.

This will be fixed for the next release.

There is no workaround, marshals should be aware that when a candidate is marked as "Did not attend" the app will think their marksheet is missing. The backend needs to be checked to be certain that all marksheets have been received.

KI-PRAC-IOS-10: OSCE - Marksheet is blank and without resources

...

Workaround for this issue is to go back to the Candidate list screen and back to the marksheet.
