If you would like to submit suggestions for features and improvements please submit a feature suggestion through your service desk Community Hub in the feature suggestions area. There you can view what we are working on as well as join the discussion on what you would like us to create in the future.
New features and additional functionality are added regularly. Most of these are configuration options which need to be switched on in order for the change to be seen by your end users, and some will impact the core look and feel of the application for everyone.
