Email notifications are sent from Kaizen to notify users of certain actions |
When importing data in bulk through CSV upload it is possible to choose whether or not to send the normal Kaizen email notifications. The content and trigger for each type of email can be viewed from the list of email templates.
Both the users and events data import features the option to enable or disable the sending of emails. By default emails are not sent. This setting can be changed by selecting yes within the email notifications section of the import configuration.
