Comments can now be provided by anyone choosing to reject an invitation. The event is returned to the previous section and the comments are visible to provide context as to why the invitation was rejected.

Improvements
The ability to download a report to PDF is now a selectable feature when constructing the report template
Goal sets and multi-source sections can now be re-opened when those sections are not the final section in the event workflow, and all subsequent sections have been skipped.
Fixes
Some multi source events were showing error 400 messages when attempting to view the full event
