Content notifications

Haiku can send you notifications when content is created, updated, deleted, transitioned through workflow states and a variety of other triggers. If you would like to enable notifications about content, get in touch with the team through the helpdesk. Please see the information below about what you can currently get updates for.

Make sure that you let us know the email address that the updates should be sent to, or we can send the notification to a group of users if you would prefer, e.g. Site Administrators.

Triggers:

  • File tile modified (specifically for profiles)

  • Item of content added to a section

  • Item copied

  • Item modified

  • Item workflow state changed

  • Item removed from a section

  • User Created

  • User Removed

  • User Logged in

  • User Logged out

Information in the message:

  • Site Title

  • Site URL

  • Title of the item of content

  • Description of the item of content

  • URL of the item of content

  • Name of the user who made the change

  • ID of the user who made the change

  • E-Mail Address of the user who made the change

  • Date/Time content Modified

  • Content Type

  • Workflow transition title (Published, Retracted etc.)

  • Review State (Published, Retracted etc.)
