Email notifications when importing data

Email notifications are sent from risr/advance to notify users of certain actions

When importing data in bulk through CSV upload it is possible to choose whether to send notification emails to the timeline owner.

For event imports - whether to send the event completed email notification, which is sent to the timeline owner when an event is completed. This setting only applies when creating single-section events.

For user imports - whether to send the invitation to risr/advance email notification when a login credential is added.

The content and trigger for each type of email can be viewed from the list of email templates.

Both the users and events data import features the option to enable or disable the sending of emails. By default emails are not sent. This setting can be changed by selecting yes within the email notifications section of the import configuration.
