New Features
A new item type is introduced to support rapid reporting exams. The Rapid Reporting item (RRQ) provides conditional release functionality and consists of 2 parts; SBA and VSAQ. The answer to the SBA part determines the conditional display of the VSAQ part in P4B. Marking for the RRQ is done for each of the parts and follows the current system logic in place for SBA (automatically marked), and VSAQ (semi-automated). A default mark for the SBA part can be defined on your site config setup.

Language variant support: When creating an item set using batch operation allowing the variants and primary variant to be set.
Fixed order of slices in a nested DICOM archive after rebuilding

Enabled displayNumber and bold styles in p4b and resolved issue with answers not always being visible in the item preview
For OSCEs, fixed the de-allocation of observers when the candidates or item set was unlocked
