Improvements

PSD-2237 Make the display of the station title and version number optional on editable printed resources.
We have provided users with a checkbox field associated with item resources, that if checked, the item title, item number and item version will be included in the footer of the document.

Fixes

Redirecting item editable resources edit form submission to the item resources page

Fixed serializer of Interviews which sent rest rooms as real interviews to iPads.
