Fixes

PSD-2277 Fixed values for category breakdown on the Candidate feedback OSCE report. It was displaying totals instead of category-specific values.

PSD-2400 Cumulative cut score changes - Display a warning if current exam or exam with not updated results are included in the calculation and do not include the current exam in the list of exams used for the calculation by default.
